DOKK1 - Main library and Citizens Services in Aarhus

Citizen Services Aarhus

Your point of contact with the public authorities.

Citizens’ Services can be found at Dokk1.

At Citizens’ Services, you can obtain a NemID and get help with digital self-service, for example when you need to register a change of address or apply for a pension.

NEM-BS, library-based citizens’ services

A range of citizens’ services are available at all the branch libraries in the City of Aarhus. At the small libraries, citizens can get help with digitalised self-services and the submission of forms.

At the medium-sized libraries, citizens can also apply for passports and obtain a NemID digital signature, while the four main branch libraries also issue driving licences. NEM-BS (EASY-BS) belongs administratively to the department for branch libraries, but works closely with Citizens’ Services at Dokk1.
